What we cannot do
- Provide customer support for third-party AI companion apps (billing, logins, refunds, account bans, or content moderation on those apps)
- Guarantee removal of third-party content from other products
- Promise search rankings, traffic results, or similar marketing outcomes
For account or billing issues with an app, contact that app’s official support channels directly.
Response expectations
We aim to review verified correction requests when a public channel is available. Response times depend on volume and whether the claim can be checked against primary sources (official pricing pages, help centers, privacy policies).
